VIDEO GIF - I created this gif in photoshop. firstly i downloaded a clip of youtube and imported this clip into photoshop.
Before importing you have to make sure you click on the 'videos frames with layers' this separates the short clip into different layers.
once your video is imported all you have to do is change the seconds per frame which is below the timeline.
